I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine... it just took longer than I was expecting. Customer service did reply, but the responses were a little slow. Not a terrible experience overall, just hoping it’s quicker next time.

I reached out to support a while ago thinking this would be a quick fix, but it’s been dragging on ever since. Over the past few days, I kept getting bounced around or given vague replies, and nobody really seemed to take ownership of the problem. As of today, my issue still isn’t fixed, which is frustrating.

I ordered a set from officialvelare.com, and at first glance it looked okay, but once I tried it on, the fit just didn’t feel right to me. Maybe it’s just my body shape, but I was expecting it to sit a little better.

The material also felt kind of stiff after wearing it for a bit, especially around the waist and shoulders. It was definitely wearable, but I don’t think it’s something I’d be comfortable in for a full day, if that makes sense.

I went with my usual size, but it felt tight in some areas and loose in others, which was frustrating. Not the worst purchase ever, but I was a little disappointed. Has anyone else had the same issue with their sizing?

After dealing with so many size charts and returns lately, I was tired of the whole process, but this one fit me just right. The sizing was accurate, which was a relief

I used it exactly as directed and tried to give it a fair amount of time, but i kept checking in like, am I noticing anything yet? And the answer was mostly no. If there was any change, it was minimal.

Shipping was fine and the product itself looked decent, so I’ll give it credit for that. But as far as effectiveness goes, I’m just not convinced. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it didn’t really feel worth it.

It sat on the same update for a few days, then all of a sudden it said it was out for delivery. If I didn’t need to be home for it, I probably wouldn’t have cared much, but it made the timing a little annoying. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the tracking had been a bit more accurate.

I ordered from officialvelare.com the material feels really nice. It’s soft on the skin and not too thin, which I definitely appreciated. The fit was good too. My only small thing is I wish the seams were just a little smoother, but overall I’m happy with it 🙂

I had to return a jacket to Officialvelare because my dumb ass picked the wrong size. I emailed them and they sent over the return steps quickly, and thankfully it wasn’t some confusing mess.
The refund showed up a few days after they got it back. I thought it was going to be a total pain in the ass, but it went smoothly. I’d order from them again.

I’m just going off the design, but the site looks really clean and simple to use. The colors are easy on the eyes, the pages feel smooth, and it doesn’t come across as cluttered at all. It gave me a good first impression, and I’d definitely come back to use it again...

Ordered from Officialvelare the packaging was decent. Everything inside was protected and nothing came damaged, so that’s the main thing. But the outer box did have a dent on one side, and come on, can we please get boxes that don’t look like they’ve been through a small battle by the time they arrive? The item itself was totally fine, thankfully. I’d give it 5 stars if the outer packaging felt a bit sturdier...

But then I started thinking, hmm, do I actually feel totally comfortable ordering from here? Not quite. I wish some of the info was clearer, especially around returns and how to contact them if something goes wrong. Nothing jumped out as a huge red flag, but there also wasn’t enough there to make me feel fully confident. If I did buy something, I’d probably start with a small order first just to see how it goes
